Refund policy
1. RETURN THE PRODUCT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY
We are sure you will love your new Nommos towel.
However, if you find that the product does not meet your expectations please follow the instructions below.
How do I return the items?
If you decide to return the products you have purchased, please notify us at [email protected] within 14 days from the date of delivery. After the notification has been sent, you have 14 days to send the products to our warehouse address:

If the items are returned to another address, we regret that we will not be able to authorise a refund.
Please be sure to attach the return form to your package which can be fund here.
We are not responsible for any loss of shipment or returns. We therefore advise you to keep the return receipt.
The returned item must be:
The product must be unused and undamaged (e.g. no stains, no signs of use, has not been washed, has no odours, the declaration cannot be removed or other damage).
It must be returned in its original packaging with all the enclosed markings, declarations and in a re-saleable condition.
If the returned product is not in re-saleable condition (e.g. stains, signs of use, has been washed, has an odour, has had the declaration removed or other damage), we reserve the right to refuse the refund or to refund only part of the amount paid.
Is the return free and when will I be reimbursed?
As we are a small company, we cannot offer free returns at the moment. The shipping costs of the returned products are therefore the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds for returned products will be refunded to the customer using the same means of payment that the customer used to order the product. The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned products.
The refund includes the standard shipping costs you paid at the time of purchase. If you chose express delivery even though there was a standard delivery option which would have resulted in lower shipping costs, we will only refund the standard shipping costs.
The amount of the refund does not include delivery charges or customs fees from the supplier to the buyer and from the buyer to the supplier.
I want to exchange the item
In case you want to exchange your item for another item from our shop, we will cover the costs of sending you a substitute item only once. But you are liable for the costs of returning the items. Multiple exchanges are not possible.
If you have used a discount code to purchase the item or if you have purchased the item during a sale that has already expired, we do not offer the same discount for the alternate item.
2. RETURN OF THE PRODUCT IN THE EVENT OF A DEFECT
My order is damaged, incorrect or incomplete
The likelihood of this happening is really small. However if this does happen, please send us an email as soon as possible to: [email protected].
Please describe the problem and, if possible, attach a photo of the damaged item (use English or Slovenian language to describe the problem). We will do our best to provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
All rights of the buyer in relation to the returns described above are subject to the General Terms and Conditions.
