Shipping policy
When will my order arrive?
All orders placed by 12 noon on a working day will be dispatched the same day, or at the latest the next working day if the items are in stock.Possible delays in dispatch may occur in the event of a large number of orders (pre-Christmas period, Black Friday promotions, etc.) or due to delays with carriers.
Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be dispatched the next working day after the order has been confirmed. Orders paid for via pro forma invoice will be dispatched within 1 working day of receipt of payment.
In the event that we are unable to process your order due to stock issues, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to amend or cancel your order.
Payment options:
Products can be paid for via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDeal, Giropay, Przelewy 24, Bancontact, EPS, credit card or by invoice. In case of delivery in Slovenia or Croatia, products can be paid on delivery. Cash on delivery is not possible in case of personal pick-up.

Personal pick-up is possible every working day between 09:00 and 15:00, but only by prior arrangement. You can collect your package from our delivery provider at Warehouse.si, Tržaška cesta 132, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. You can arrange a pick-up time with them by phone +386 (0)7 600 3005 or by email [email protected]. The delivery provider will charge you 2,00 € for personal pick-up.
For all orders returned due to incorrect address, there will be an additional re-shipping fee and a re-packaging fee of 1,50 €.
Shipping to countries outside the EU
Import charges may apply for orders placed outside EU countries or outside the EU Customs Union. Any import duties and other taxes are not included in the price of the item or shipping costs. These costs are therefore the responsibility of the buyer. We suggest that you check with local customs office before you buy to find out about any import duties or other charges.
